Victor was a flight attendant for several years. Due to the unstable working lifestyle, he found that his body became weaker and unhealthy. At that time, he started to practise yoga. He found that practising yoga makes him stronger and healthier. Most importantly, he realized that he felt relieved and peaceful after each practice. Since then, no matter how busy his life was, he found several hours to practise yoga everyday. In 2018, he stepped out of his comfort zone to complete a 200 hours Universal Yoga teacher training with its founder, guru Andrey Lappa.
He is so blissful that yoga brings him a well-balanced life mentally and physically.
